甲型H1N1流感流行期间发热门诊的应急管理

目的总结甲型H1N1流感流行期间发热门诊的管理经验。方法加强组织管理、人员培训,做好患者管理及密切接触者管理,强化医务人员个人防护及严格执行消毒隔离制度。结果收治全国内地首例确诊甲型H1N1流感患者1例,排查疑似患者35例。与患者密切接触者和医务人员未发生感染,及时有效地阻止了疫情的扩散和蔓延。结论健全的应急管理和完善的应急预案及工作流程是防控甲型H1N1流感流行的关键。

The emergent management of fever clinic during A/H1N1 influenza

Objective We summarize the management experience of the fever out-patient department during the period that the A/H1N1 influenza was prevalent. Methods We not only reinforced the organization management, the medical staff discipline,managed the patients and the close eontaetees properly,and we also strengthened self-protection of medical staff by complying with the principle of disinfection and separation. Results We diagnosed and treated the first ease of A/H1N1 influenza in mainland China. We excluded 35 suspected ease. Neither the close eontaetees nor the hospital staff was infected. The spread of the disease was prevented successfully. Conclusion Perfect emergent management and schedule, and work procedure are the crux of preventing and curing the A/H1N1 influenza.
