抗菌药物合理应用目标性监测

目的开展目标性监测,指导临床合理用药。方法加强宏观管理、修定标准、知识培训、规范术前用药及持续改进等干预措施,有效控制抗菌药物不合理应用。结果目标性监测后抗菌药物使用率降低（P〈0.05）,预防性用药率明显下降（P〈0.05）,术前0.5～1h内预防给药趋于规范（P〈0.01）,术后用药天数缩短（P〈0.01）。结论开展抗菌药物目标性监测能有效指导临床合理应用。
