放射治疗中晚期食管癌疗效因素分析及预后

目的分析影响中晚期食管癌放疗疗效及预后的因素。方法回顾分析86例中晚期食管癌患者的临床资料,采用Kaplan—Meier方法进行生存分析。结果患者1、3、5年生存率分别为72．20％、32．92％和11．49％;对生存率有显著影响的临床因素有：体质量下降、卡氏评分、肿瘤的长径和宽径、X线分型,而血红蛋白含量,年龄与对生存率影响及预后无关（P〉0．05）。结论中晚期食管癌单纯放疗的疗效确定。体质量、卡氏评分、血红蛋白含量、肿瘤的大小、近期治疗反应的分级及X线分型对中晚期食管癌患者放疗疗效及预后有一定的影响。

Effect factor analysis of advanced esophageal cancer radiotherapy alone in the treatment

Objective To analyze the impact of advanced esophageal cancer radiotherapy efficacy and prognostic factors. Methods Retrospective analysis 86 patients with advanced esophageal cancer patient＇s clinical information, by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis methods. Results Patients with 1,3,5-year survival rates were 72.20%, 32. 92% and 11.49% ;on the survival rate had a significant impact on the clinical factors：weight declined,the card＇s score,tumor diameter and the width of Drive, X-ray type, and hemoglobin content, age and survival rate of no significant impact and the prognosis not （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The advanced esophageal cancer radiation therapy alone affirmed. Weight, card＇ s score, hemoglobin content, the size of tumor, the recent response to treatment and classification of the X-ray type of effect of radiotherapy in patients with advanced esophageal cancer prognosis and to a certain extent the impact of age on the efficacy and survival rate of radiotherapy unrelated.
