复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效分析

目的观察β-体甘草酸（美能）与α-体甘草酸（甘草酸二铵,甘利欣）在慢性乙型肝炎治疗的效果。方法对120例临床确诊为慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分2组,各60例。治疗组给予复方甘草酸苷（美能）治疗,对照组给予甘草酸二铵治疗,用药4周后观察2组的肝功能变化,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率75.0%高于对照组的51.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后与治疗前血清总胆红素（TBiL）的改变差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）和天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）的改善有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论美能治疗慢性乙型肝炎4周可使TBiL、ALT、AST等主要肝功能指标明显改善,临床症状好转,疗效优于国产同类制剂。

Effect analysis of stronger Neo-minophagen C in treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe the effect of β-stronger Neo-minophagen C and a-stronger Neo-minophagenC in treatment of hepatitis B. Methods 120 cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）, to observe the change of hepatic function after using stronger Neo-minophagen C in treatment group for four weeks. , and compared treatment effects in two groups. Results The total effetive rate in treatment group of 75.0% higher than the control group 51.7% ,the difference was statistically significant. There was significant difference in the treatment group before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the ALT and ALT improved were quite significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The stronger Neo-minophagen C treatment group compared with diammonium Glycyrrhizinate injection group in before and after treatment, the three indexes were significant differences（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The ALT,TBiL and AST main indexes were obvious improved, clinical symptoms were markedly improved, efficacy was better than national similar injections. It could become an effective and safe drug of treatment chronic hepatic B with hepatic function damage and using in clinical treatment .
