接骨膏促进骨折愈合的实验研究

目的探讨中草药接骨膏促进大鼠骨折愈合的作用。方法选用健康雄性大鼠40只随机分为4组：正常组、模型组、接骨膏组和治疗组各10只。采用股骨骨缺损的方法复制大鼠骨折模型，连续给药21d。通过X线片检测骨痂和骨小梁的面积、密度和综合强度，并结合骨折愈合组织抗折力试验检测血清碱性磷酸酶活性和钙、磷水平的变化，观察中草药接骨膏对骨折愈合的促进作用。结果与模型组比较，接骨膏组的骨痂和骨小梁的面积、密度和综合强度、骨折愈合组织抗折力，血清碱性磷酸酶活性、钙、磷水平均升高差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论接骨膏对促进骨折愈合具有显著的作用。

The experimental study of Jiegu Gao promote fracture healing

Objective To study the healing effect of chinese herbal medicine-Jiegu Gao. Methods 40 healthy male rats were randomly divided them into four groups：normal group, model group, Jiegu Gao group and treatment group, Using the method of femoral bone defect to copy experimental fracture model in rats. Given Jiegu Gao for 21d. To detected the area,density and integrate intensity of callus and bone trabecular by X-ray film, and detected the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase and the level of calcium and phosphorus, then observed the role of fracture healing by chinese herbal medicine. Results Compare with the model group,the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase of the Jiegu Gao group have statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and also the size ,density and integrated intensity of callus and trabecular bone. The phosphoric acid enzymatic activity raises serum basicity, the calcium,phosphorus product enhance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jiegu Gao have the role in promoting fracture healing.
