腹腔镜与开腹手术行广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结切除术的临床比较

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹手术行广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结切除术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析经腹腔镜行广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结切除术的子宫恶性肿瘤患者30例（腹腔镜组）的临床资料,随机抽取开腹同类手术患者30例（开腹组）作为对照。比较2组手术各项指标。结果腹腔镜组手术时间长于开腹组（P〈0.05）,术中出血量、输血量、术后排气时间、体温恢复正常时间明显少于开腹组（P〈0.05）。2组术后3d白细胞计数、盆腔引流液量、导尿管拔除时间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结切除术可达到开腹手术的彻底性,并具有分期准确、创伤小、输血少、恢复快,术后并发症少等优点。

Conclusion Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy with pelvic lymphnode dissection can be achieved thorough laparotomy, and staging with accurate, less trauma and less blood lost, fast recovery, less post-opera- tive complications, et cetera.
