| 摘 要： | 目的分析我院住院患者退药情况。方法对我院药房1086份退药申请单进行数据统计,分析原因。结果退药主要集中在内科和放疗科,占退药比例的40.89%,退药原因主要为病情变化、出院、患者拒用、电脑出错、药物不良反应等。结论应加强药品管理,减少退药,保证合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the reasons for the drug return of the inpatients in our hospital. Methods To statistics on data of 1 086 application lists for drug retun and analysis of its causes. Results 40.89% of the drug return appeared in the medical oncology department and radiation department, which were chiefly resulted from disease change, patients＇ discharge from hospital, patients ineomplianee, entry error, death, adverse drug reactions etc. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the drug control so as to reduce drug return and ensure rational drug use. |
