| 摘 要： | 目的观察丙泊酚、地西泮（安定）和芬太尼联合用于人工流产镇痛的临床效果。方法将200例孕40～70d无阴道分娩史的孕妇随机分为2组各100例。观察组给予丙泊酚、安定、芬太尼联合镇痛,对照组只用丙泊酚、芬太尼镇痛。结果观察组控制镇痛效果及宫颈松弛程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论丙泊酚、安定、芬太尼联合用于人工流产镇痛效果明显,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To objective the clinical results on propofol, diazepan and fentany on calment of abortion. Methods 200 cases of pregnancy to 40 -70 days observe uomen were randomly in to control group （ 100 cases）and observer group（ 100 cases）. The control group were given with propofol and fentany the fentarvy. Results Obesenver group analgesia time, analgesic effect and cervical relaxation is better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Propofol,diazepam and fentany on analgesic is effective and worthing to promote. |
