幽门螺杆菌感染与儿童厌食伴消瘦的相关性探讨

目的研究儿童厌食伴消瘦与幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）血清Hp-IgG检测56例厌食伴消瘦小儿与40例健康厌食小儿中Hp的阳性感染率,厌食伴消瘦小儿中阳性感染者应用抗Hp药物治疗。结果56例厌食伴消瘦小儿中Hp阳性感染率为53.6%,应用抗Hp药物治疗后,厌食缓解率为85.0%;40例正常小儿中Hp阳性感染率为20.0%,2组阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论小儿厌食伴消瘦与Hp感染有密切关系。

To Discuss relationship between children with anorexia accompanying weight loss and Hp

Objective To investigate relationship between children with anorexia accompaning weight loss and Helicobacter pylori （ Hp ） infection. Methods ELISA was used to detect Hp-IgG in blood-serum of 56 children with anorexia acompaning weight loss and 40 well-being children with anorexia in the study. The anorexia accompaning weight loss patients with Hp infection were treated with anti-Hp therapy. Results The infection rate of the 56 children with anorexia accompaning weight loss is 53.6% , and the remission rate is 85.0% after anti-Hp therapy. The infection rate in 40 well-being children with anorexia is 20.0%. The infection rate of 56 children group is stronger significantly than that of the 40 children group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion There is a close relationship between children with anorexia accompaning weight loss and Helieobacter pylori （Hp） infection.
