| 摘 要： | 目的观察去氧孕烯炔雌醇与雌激素治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血（简称青春期功血）的临床疗效和安全性。方法将92例青春期功血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例,分别采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇和雌激素口服治疗。比较2组的治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组的控制出血时间、完全止血时间、输血量及不良反应均明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组不良反应率为23.9%,明显低于对照组的52.2%（P〈0.05）。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期功血的疗效优于雌激素,且不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of marvelon and estrogen in treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 92 cases with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,46 cases of each. Receiving treatment of marvelon and estrogen respectively. Compared the therapeutic effect and side effects were observed between two groups. Results Comparison of the bleeding controlled time, bleeding stopped time, dosage of blood transfusion and side effects, the treatment group was significantly smaller than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Incidence of side effects in treatment group was lower than that in control group （23.9% vs 52.2%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of marvelon for puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significantly superior to estrogen, and it has few side effects. |
