宫颈糜烂微波治疗术后加用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶的疗效观察

目的探讨微波治疗宫颈糜烂术后加用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶（rhEGF）对治愈率和脱痂期阴道流血、流液的影响。方法宫颈糜烂患者92例随机分为2组。治疗组49例微波治疗术后加用rhEGF涂于宫颈创面，对照组43例单纯微波治疗。结果治疗组创面愈合时间短于对照组（P〈0.01）；脱痂期阴道出血时间、阴道排液量治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论微波治疗宫颈糜烂术后加用rhEGF涂于宫颈创面可有效地减少阴道出血、阴道排液，缩短创面愈合时间。

Observation of effect of after microwave treat for cervical erosion plus recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel

Objective To study the effect of curing cervical erosion by microwave and add rhEGF to healing rate and vaginal bleeding,flowing during scabbing. Methods 92 cases of cervical erosion divided into two group randomy. 49 patients of test group were treated in curing cervical erosion by microwave and add rhEGF. 43 patients of control group were treated with microwave singly. Results The concrescence of facilitating agglutination of the patients of test group was faster than the ones of control group（P 〈 0.01）. Vaginal bleeding,flowing during scabbing of the former was less than the latter（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The action can effectively reduce vaginal bleeding,flowing and shorten the wound healing time.
