鼓膜置管治疗分泌性中耳炎临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨在药物治疗的基础上加用鼓膜置管治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法96例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为2组,对照组48例给予药物治疗,治疗组48例在药物组治疗的基础上加用鼓膜置管治疗。观察2组的临床疗效、鼓膜愈合情况。结果治疗组总有效率为81.25%明显高于对照组41.67%(P〈0.05);治疗组鼓膜的愈合时间为(2.00±0.89)周,明显短于对照组的(6.00±0.35)周,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论鼓膜置管治疗分泌性中耳炎简便易行疗效确切,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To discus the clinical efficacy, and the tympanic membrane healing and complications of the Group of tube membranetreat secretory otitis media which based on the group with drug treatment. Methos 96 cases of patients with secretory otitis media were divided into treatment group (48 cases) , and the Control group (in the drug treatment group based on the tube with the treatment of tympanic membrane) (48 cases). To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the healing of tympanic membrane. Results The tube membrane total effective rate of treatment group(81.25% ) was significantly higher than control group(41.67% ) ; and two tympanic membrane healing time were significantly different( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Tympanic membrane healing time of the treatment group ( 2.00 ±0.89 ) weeks, significantly shorter than the control group (6.00 ± 0.35 ) weeks, the difference was statis tically significant. Conclusion Tube membrane treatment of secretory otitis media treatment of sinaple and effective it is worth promoting.
