护理干预对骨科卧床患者压疮的临床研究

目的探讨护理干预对骨科卧床患者压疮的临床效果。方法86例骨科卧床患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，各43例。对照组实施骨科疾病常规护理，试验组实施骨科卧床患者压疮的护理干预。观察2组出现压疮情况。结果试验组发生压疮1例占2．33％，对照组发生压疮4例占9．30％，2组压疮发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论实施骨科卧床患者压疮护理干预可以有效地预防压疮的发生，提高护理工作质量。

Clinical study on nursing interention on orthopedic ambulatory patients with pressure sores

Objective To discuss nursing intervention on ambulatory orthopedic patients with the clinical effects of pressure sores. Methods 86 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into test group and control group ,43 cases of each. the implementation of the control group was conventional care, the implementation of the test group of patients with pres- sure sores in bed orthopedic care intervention. To observe the situation of pressure sores. Results The occurrence of test group was 1 cases of pressure sores, accounting for 2.33 % ; the occurrence of pressure sores of control group was 4 cases, accounting for 9.30%. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of pressure sores in patients with orthopedic ambulatory care interventions can be effective in preventing the occurrence of pressure sores and improve the quality of care.
