| 摘 要： | 干细胞研究与应用是很有前景的前沿探索,应给予足够支持。同时,也提出了诸多新的伦理问题,尤其是成体干细胞的应用急需规范。支持与规范是有矛盾的,区分临床前研究、临床试验和临床应用有助于支持与规范的平衡;基础研究要宽松,临床试验要规范,医疗准入要严格。
