大肠癌临终患者舌象特征

目的探讨大肠癌临终患者舌象的特征。方法应用"中医舌诊系统"观察了7例大肠癌临终患者和62例非临终患者舌象的改变,并进行了舌质、舌苔RGB(R为红色,G为绿色,B为蓝色)值的量化观测。结果大肠癌临终患者舌质以淡红舌和红舌多见,舌苔以无苔和厚黄腻苔多见;非临终患者以红舌、厚黄腻苔多见。大肠癌临终患者舌质G、B值较非临终患者降低,R值相近,B值有统计学意义(P0.05),R/G、R/B增高,R/B有统计学意义(P0.01)。大肠癌临终患者薄苔较非临终患者G、B值降低,R值相近,R/G、R/B增高,R/B有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组厚苔RGB值相近(P0.05)。结论大肠癌临终患者舌象有一定的特征性。

Characteristics of Tongue Pictures of Terminal Stage Patients of Colorectal Cancer

Objective To study the characteristics of tongue pictures of the terminal stage patients of colorectal cancer. Method The changes of tongue pictures of 7 patients of the terminal stage and 62 patients of non-terminal stage were observed by The System of Tongue Inspection of TCM, then the tongue proper and coating RGB （redness, greenness, blueness） values were measured. Results In the group of the terminal stage patients, light red and red tongue proper were more, yellow thick tongue coating and without tongue coating were more. Red tongue proper and yellow thick tongue coating were more in the other group. In the group of the terminal stage patients＇ tongue proper, G values were lower, B values were lower （P〈0.05）, R values were similar, R/G were higher, R/B were higher （P〈0.01）. G and B values of thin tongue coating of the terminal stage patients were lower, R values were similar, but R/G and R/B were higher （P〈0.05）. RGB values of thick tongue coating were similar （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The tongue proper and coating of the terminal stage patients of colorectal cancer have certain characteristics.
