| 摘 要： | “证候”是中医领域研究的核心问题,但中医证候缺乏客观、量化指标制约中医学的发展和中医现代化的进程。代谢组学、基因组学、蛋白质组学构成了系统生物学的主要研究内容,其灵魂在于“整合”,与中医学“整体观”异曲同工。基于系统生物学挖掘中医证候的本质,使中医证候的辨识更具有可信度。本文综述近年来系统生物学在中医证候研究中的应用。

| Abstract: | “Syndromes”have always been the core issue of research on TCM field,However,lack of objective and quantifiable indexes of TCM syndromes have restricted the development and modernization of TCM.Metabolomics,genomics,and proteomics constitute the main research contents of systems biology.Its soul lies in"integration",which is similar to the"holistic view"of TCM.Based on the nature of TCM syndromes in systems biology,the identification of TCM syndromes is more credible.This article systematically reviewed the research progress of systems biology in TCM syndromes. |
