| 摘 要： | 寻常型银屑病是临床常见的顽固性慢性皮肤病,具有病程长、易反复的特点,虽然中医治疗有一定疗效,但仍有部分患者效果不佳。本文基于玄府理论,提出“玄府闭郁”是本病核心病机,“开通玄府、通络解毒”是贯穿于治疗的主要治法,根据疾病不同阶段进行辨治,已取得较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Psoriasis vulgaris is a common and intractable chronic skin disease with the features of long course and easy to repeat.Although TCM has certain efficacy for the treatment of this disease,some patients still have poor therapeutic effects.Based on Xuanfu theory,this article proposed that the core pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris is“Xuanfu blocking”,and the“opening Xuanfu,dredging meridians and disintoxication”method should be used throughout the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and syndrome differentiation treatment should be conducted according to different stages of the disease,which has achieved good clinical efficacy. |
