依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压伴左心室肥厚患者心脏重构的影响

目的:探讨依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压伴左心室肥厚患者心脏重构的影响。方法:选择在我院诊治的H型高血压伴左心室肥厚的患者96例,随机分为依那普利组和依那普利叶酸片组,每组48例。两组均治疗6个月。观察两组治疗前后左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)变化。结果:两组治疗后LVPWT、IVST、LVEDd均较治疗前显著减小(P均=0.001);与依那普利组比较,依那普利叶酸片组治疗后LVPWT[(11.67±0.88)mm比(11.13±1.10)mm]、IVST[(11.75±1.02)mm比(11.02±1.25)mm]、LVEDd[(55.88±1.57)mm比(54.27±1.61)mm]减小更显著(P均<0.01)。结论:依那普利叶酸片能够显著改善H型高血压伴左心室肥厚患者的心脏重构,效果优于依那普利。

Influence of enalapril folic acid tablet on cardiac remodeling in patients with H-type hypertension complicated left ventricular hypertrophy

Objective:To explore influence of enalapril folic acid tablet on cardiac remodeling in patients with H-type hypertension(HHT)complicated left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods:A total of 96 HHT+LVH patients treated in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into enalapril group and enalapril folic acid tablet group,both groups were treated for six months.Left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),interventricular septal thickness(IVST)and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDd)were observed and compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,there were significant reductions in LVPWT,IVST and LVEDd in two groups after treatment,P=0.001 all.Compared with enalapril group after treatment,there were significant reductions in LVPWT[(11.67±0.88)mmvs.(11.13±1.10)mm],IVST[(11.75±1.02)mm vs.(11.02±1.25)mm]and LVEDd[(55.88±1.57)mm vs.(54.27±1.61)mm]in enalapril folic acid group,P<0.01 all.Conclusion:Enalapril folic acid tablet can significantly improve cardiac remodeling in HHT+LVH patients,and its therapeutic effect is significantly better than enalapril treatment.
