感染期先天性耳前瘘管一期治疗与二期治疗的疗效比较

目的分析感染期先天性耳前瘘管一期手术治疗和二期手术治疗的疗效比较。方法选取2017年8月~2019年7月我院收治的43例(43耳)先天性耳前瘘管患者作为研究对象,24耳正处于感染期耳前瘘管为实验组,19耳感染控制后耳前瘘管为对照组,比较两组的疗效。结果实验组总治疗时程较对照组明显缩短,有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组患者在拆线天数、切口二期愈合、瘢痕、耳廓畸形、复发率等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论先天性耳前瘘管在感染期行手术切除,并一期修复,缩短了患者病程、减轻患者痛苦同时降低了经济成本。

The effect of primary and secondary surgical treatment of congenital preauricular fistula in infected period

Objective To compare the curative effect of primary and secondary surgical treatment of congenital preauricular fistula.Methods A total of 43 patients(43 ears)with congenital preauricular fistulas were selected from our hospital in August 2017 and July 2019.The experimental group was 24 ears in the infection stage,and the control group was 19 ears after the infection control.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total treatment duration of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(p<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of days of removal,secondary healing,scar,auricle deformity,recurrence rate,etc(P>0.05).Conclusion Congenital preauricular fistulas can be surgically removed and repaired in one stage during the period of infection,which would shorten the course of the disease,alleviate the pain and reduce the economic cost.
