| 摘 要： | 调节性B细胞(regulatory B cells,Breg)作为B淋巴细胞中一种特殊的亚群,通过产生白介素(interleukin,IL)-10、IL-35、转化生长因子-β等细胞因子,参与消化系统自身免疫性疾病的免疫调节的作用,然而,Breg的表型和表面特异性抗原尚未确定,其潜在的治疗功能需要进一步研究.本文将就Breg在消化系统自身免疫性疾病中的作用进行综述.

| Abstract: | Recently,regulatory B cells(Breg),a subset of functional B cells,have been reported to participate in the negative regulation of immunity in autoimmune diseases by producing interleukin(IL)-10,IL-35,and transforming growth factor-β.However,a specific surface marker for Breg has not been identified and their potential therapeutic role requires further study.This review discusses the function of Breg in autoimmune diseases of the digestive system,with the purpose of highlighting their regulation of immune responses and their potential as a therapeutic target for the treatment of these diseases. |
