| 摘 要： | 非酒精性脂肪性肝病是与多系统相关的代谢性疾病。本文基于“同病异证”概念,结合目前对该病中医证型与临床多种指标之间关系的研究进行阐述,从该病的体格检查指标、影像学指标、血清学指标、组织病变指标4个方面分析,总结该病“同病异证”相关临床指标特征,挖掘其中规律,希冀为该病中医辨证施治提供客观依据。

| Abstract: | Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a metabolic disease associated with multiple systems.Based on the concept of“same disease with different syndromes”,this article explained the current research on the relationship between TCM syndrome types and clinical multiple indexes,analyzed from the four aspects of the physical examination index,imaging index,serological index,and tissue lesion index of the disease,summarized the characteristics of the clinical indexes of“same disease with different syndromes”of the disease,and found out the rules,with the purpose to provide an objective basis for the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease. |
