| 摘 要： | 糖皮质激素是维持生命活动的重要激素之一,其药理作用较多。研究表明,无论是内源性糖皮质激素分泌过多还是外源性糖皮质激素给药,都与心血管疾病的危险因素增加有关。现主要对糖皮质激素与部分心血管疾病危险因素的关系进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Glucocorticoid is one of the important hormones to maintain life activities,and it is widely used in clinic because of its more pharmacological effects. However,studies have shown that both excessive secretion of endogenous glucocorticoid and exogenous glucocorticoid administration are associated with increased risks for cardiovascular diseases. The relationship between glucocorticoid and some risk factors of cardiovascular diseases is discussed in this paper. |
