| 摘 要： | 本文探讨"阳化气,阴成形"理论在慢性心力衰竭(以下简称"心衰")论治中的应用,寻心衰阴阳失衡之切入点,立温阳抑阴,贯通三焦之法,以调畅脏腑气化功能,助阳化气,辅阴成形,从而达心之体用俱盛,以期为心衰的临床辨治提供新的契机。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of "yang transforming qi and yin becoming form", this article explored its application in the treatment of heart failure, finding the key point of yin and yang imbalance in heart failure, formulating the method of warming yang and reducing yin through tri-jiao method, in order to regulate the functions of qi regulation of viscera, help yang transform qi and yin becoming form, so that the functions and structure of heart are promoted, and provide a new opportunity for clinical syndrome differentiation of treatment of heart failure. |
