心电呼吸导出信号对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的检测效果

目的:研究单导心电信号提取心电呼吸导出信号(EDR)算法对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)的检测效果。方法:根据呼吸信号的频率范围,通过单导心电信号提取R波信号后对其进行重排,通过FIR滤波得到EDR。然后通过检测EDR信号峰值,删除过检点,统计呼吸次数,与原始呼吸信号统计结果对比。结果:与原始呼吸信号对比,EDR提取算法针对不同样本检测准确率为95.63%(χ2=2.259,P=0.944)。结论:EDR算法在计算能力不强的便携式心电采集设备中易于集成,提供了经济、可靠的便携式检测睡眠呼吸暂停综合征方式,可有效控制睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的发展,为降低由其导致的心源性猝死提供了可能。

Detection effect of ECG derived respiration signal on sleep apnea syndrome

Objective:To study detection effect of single lead ECG signal extracting ECG derived respiration signal(EDR)algorithm on sleep apnea syndrome(SAS).Methods:According to frequency range of respiration signal,Rwave signal was extracted via single lead ECG signal and rearranged,then EDR was obtained by FIR filtering.After detecting EDR signal peak value and deleting checkpoints,respiration times was counted and compared with that of original respiration signal.Results:Compared with original respiration signal,detection accuracy of EDR extracting algorithm aiming at different sample was 95.63%(χ2=2.259,P=0.944).Conclusion:EDR algorithm is easy to be integrated in portable ECG acquisition device with low calculating capacity.It provides economical and reliable portal method of detecting SAS,effectively controls SAS development and offers possibility of reducing cardiogenic sudden death risk caused by SAS.
