| 摘 要： | 本文通过菠菜、菠菜子本草考证,阐明菠菜为药食两用类植物,来源于藜科植物菠菜Spinacia oleracea L.的全草,本草学中菠菜子应为菠菜果实。菠菜自唐代就作食用、药用,菠菜、菠菜子具有不同的功效,现代研究发现具有多种生物活性。本研究为菠菜、菠菜子的药食两用开发和资源利用提供依据。

| Abstract: | Through the textual research on spinach and spinach seeds,this article clarified that spinach is a kind of food and medicine,which is from the chenopodiaceae plants Spinacia oleracea L.Spinach seeds in the herbology should be spinach fruit.Spinach has been used for food and medicine since the Tang Dynasty.Spinach and Spinach seeds have different efficacy and modern studies have found that they have a variety of biological activities.This article provided the basis for the development and resource utilization of spinach and spinach seeds. |
