摘    要:目的采用响应面法优选大黄产地加工与炮制一体化加工工艺。方法以大黄中芦荟大黄素-8-O-葡萄糖苷等11种化学成分含量的综合评分作为考察指标,以含水量、切制规格和干燥温度为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面试验设计优化大黄的产地加工炮制一体化工艺。结果大黄产地加工炮制一体化最佳工艺条件为:含水量为35%,切制规格为2.5mm,干燥温度为60℃。结论本研究优选的工艺简便易行,精确度良好,可用于大黄产地加工炮制一体化。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the integrative technology of primary processing for Rhei Radix et Rhizoma by response surface methodology. Methods Taking the comprehensive scores of 11 kinds of chemical components such as aloe-emodin-8-O-glucoside in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma as the indexes of investigation, and taking the water content, cutting specifications and drying temperature as the factors of investigation, Box-Behnken design was used to optimize the integrative technology of primary processing for Rhei Radix et Rhizoma. Results Optimum integrative technology of primary processing was as follows: water content 35%, cutting size 2.5 mm, drying temperature 60 ℃. Conclusion The optimized integrative technology of primary processing of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma is easy and feasible, with high accuracy, which can be used for integrative technology of primary processing of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.
