| 摘 要： | 冠心病属中医学"胸痹""厥心痛"范畴,临床以气虚血瘀证最为多见。诊断客观化是中医发展必经之路,随着中医学对冠心病的重视,冠心病气虚血瘀证证候特征研究取得一些新进展。本文从冠心病气虚血瘀证临床分布规律、四诊客观化特征研究等方面对冠心病气虚血瘀证临床特征进行概述,以期为该病证临床诊治及预后判断提供一定依据。

| Abstract: | Coronary heart disease belongs to the category of "breast pain" and "heartache" in TCM. Among its many syndromes in clinic, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the most common one. Objectivization of TCM diagnosis is the necessary way for the development of TCM. With the emphasis on coronary heart disease by TCM, some new progress has been made in the study of the characteristics of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease. This article summarized the clinical characteristics of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease from the aspects of clinical distribution of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and objectivization of four-methods diagnosis, to provide some basis for treatment and progrsis. |
