| 摘 要： | 急性主动脉夹层是心血管疾病危重症。本文介绍1例在西医内科保守治疗基础上加用中药治疗的病案,阐释其同于“煎厥”病机,提出滋阴平肝为急的治法,并提示依证辨治的重要性,旨在提高该病救治疗效。

| Abstract: | Acute aortic dissection is a serious cardiovascular disease.This article introduced one case treated with conservative Western treatment combined with TCM,expounded the pathogenesis same as scorching syncope,and proposed the therapy of nourishing yin and smoothing liver,and also indicated the importance of treatment according to syndrome differentiation,with a purpose to improve the efficacy of the disease. |
