活动期溃疡性结肠炎辨治

本文对活动期溃疡性结肠炎的中医治疗进行总结,认为脾胃气虚为其发病之根本,浊毒内蕴、瘀湿内困是其主要病机;主张从益气健脾治其本,解毒化浊、活血祛风以祛病之源,辅以风药消肿化湿、兼凉血行瘀止血;并据此创制理肠汤与溃疡灵,治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎效果良好。

Syndrome Differentiation Treatment for Active Ulcerative Colitis

This article summarized TCM treatment for active ulcerative colitis,which thinks the spleen and stomach qi deficiency as the foundation of the onset of ulcerative colitis,and the turbidity toxin trapped in dampness and stasis is the main pathogenesis.It claims to cure the root of the disease from replenishing spleen qi,and detoxifying and clearing away turbidness,activating blood circulation and repelling wind to control the source of the disease,combining with the wind medicines with the efficacy of reducing swelling and dampness,and removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding.Lichang Decoction and Kuiyangling were created according to the above basis,which have achieved good efficacy for active ulcerative colitis.
