自制环形电凝头治疗利特尔区鼻出血的临床分析

目的探讨应用自制环形电凝头治疗利特尔区鼻出血的应用效果。方法选取在我院门诊确诊为利特尔区鼻出血的患者62例,应用自制环形电凝头治疗,术后随访3个月。结果56例有效,6例有复发性出血,3例重复治疗一次后有效,3例无效后接受手术治疗,总有效率95.16%。结论应用自制环形电凝头治疗利特尔区鼻出血,简单易行,效果确切,费用低廉,符合感控要求,适合基层医院门诊使用,有一定的推广价值。

Clinical analysis of treating epistaxis in little area with self-made annular electrocoagulation

Objective To investigate the effect of treating epistaxis in little area with self-made annular electrocoagulation.Methods 62 patients with epistaxis in little area were selected and treated with self-made circular electrocoagulation.The patients were followed up for 3 months.Results 56 cases were effective,6 cases had recurrent hemorrhage,3 cases were effective after repeated treatment,3 cases received surgical treatment after failure,the total effective rate was 95.16%.Conclusion The application of treating epistaxis in little area with self-made annular electrocoagulation is simple,feasible,effective,low-cost,and meets the requirements of sensory control.It is suitable for outpatient use in grass-roots hospitals and has certain popularization value.
