李学麟教授认为肝郁证病位在肝,与脾肾等相关,肝郁证的成因绝非情志异常一端,其病机变化不同,根据不同的病因病机可分为肝郁阳虚证、肝郁阴虚证、肝郁脾虚证、肝郁血虚证、肝郁血热证5种证型,治以疏肝解郁为大法,兼以健脾、养血、清热、滋阴,灵活辨证加减,临床可获良效。

Clinical Experience of Li Xuelin in Treating Liver Stagnation Syndrome

Professor Li Xuelin argues that liver stagnation syndrome is located in the liver,and is related to the spleen and kidney.He also believes that the cause of liver stagnation syndrome is not only emotional abnormality,but also including different pathogenesis.According to different pathogenesis,it can be divided into five types:liver stagnation and yang deficiency syndrome;liver-yin deficiency syndrome;liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome;liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome;liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Taking the method of dispersing the stagnated live-qi to relieve qi stagnation and combining tonifying spleen,nourishing blood,clearing heat,nourishing yin and syndromes differentiation to modify flexibly,good efficacy can be achieved in clinic.
