乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表的研制及考评

目的 研制及考评乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表。方法 采用选题小组和专题小组的程序化决策方式研制乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表，并通过随机抽取临床165例女性乳腺癌患者进行的生命质量测定资料对量表进行考评。结果 （1）躯体、心理、症状及副作用、社会功能四个领域和量表总分的重测相关系数分别为0．86、0．84、0．87、0．85和0．89；分半信度为0．88；躯体、心理、症状及副作用、社会功能四个领域的克朗巴赫系数分别为0．74、0．80、0．75和0．62。（2）量表的结构与设计时的概念构想相吻，以美国的FACT－B量表为效标进行评价，其效标效度为0．85。（3）量表能够反应治疗前后生命质量的变化。结论 本文研究的量表具有较好的效度、信度和反应度，可作为我国乳腺癌患者生命质量的测评工具。

Development and evaluation of a quality of life instrument for patients with breast cancer

Objectives To develop and evaluate a self administered quality of life(QOL) instrument for Chinese patients with breast cancer. Methods The structured group (nominal group and focus group) methods and the theory and methodology in developing rating scale were employed to establish the instrument. The QOL data measured from 165 cases of patients with breast cancer hospitalized were used to evaluate the questionnaire. Results (1) we took FACT B as a criterion to evaluate QLICP BR (V1.0). The criterion validity with FACT B was 0.85. (3)The test retest coefficients of the instrument for physical, psychological, symptoms/side effects, social domains and the overall scales are 0.86?0.84?0.87?0.85 and 0.89 respectively. The split half validity of the instrument was 0.88. The internal consistency on physical, psychological, symptoms/side effects and social domains were 0.74?0.80?0.75 and 0.62 respectively. (4) The instrument can detect the statistical significance changes between the first measurement scoring and the third one except the psychological function domain and the overall QOL scoring. It is still concluded that the instrument possessed a reasonable good responsiveness when associated with the virtual situation. Conclusions QLICP BR (V1.0) is of reasonable validity, reliability and responsiveness. It can serve as a domestic instrument in measuring and evaluating QOL for Chinese breast cancer patients.
