| 摘 要： | 目的评估我院中药注射剂的应用状况。方法对我院2002年~2004年中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均用药金额(DDDc)等进行统计、分析。结果中药注射剂3年的用药金额逐年增长,年增长率分别为29.7%和32.3%;心脑血管类中药注射剂用药金额及DDDs3年中排序稳居首位,且在较高起点上连年攀升;DDDc以抗肿瘤类中药注射剂最高;单品种用药金额排序血塞通3年内均稳居首位。结论中药注射剂用量快速增长,显示其需求市场较大。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the drug use status of Chinese materia medica injection(CMMI)in our hospital.METHODS:Chinese materia medica injection(CMMI)used in our hospital from2002to2004was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum,defined daily dose(DDDs)and the average daily consumption sum(DDDc).RESULTS:The consumption sum of CMMI in3years increased year by year with annual increase rates of29.7%and32.3%,respectively.The cardio-cerebral vascular CMMI steadily dominated the first place in terms of consumption sum and DDDs in3years with a steady increase year by year from a high starting point.The DDDc of antitumor CMMI ranked the toppest.As for the consumption sum for single variety,xuesaitiong steadily ranked the first place in3years.CONCLUSION:The fast increase of the consumption of CMMI shows that it has a great market demand. |
