胎儿心律失常的超声心动图特征

 目的探讨超声心动图分类诊断胎儿心律失常的图像特征.方法对产前检查发现有心律失常的133例胎儿进行超声心动图检查.通过分析超声心动图特征,明确房室激动顺序和时相关系,分类诊断胎儿心律失常.对出生后仍有心律失常的新生儿进行超声心动图与心电图同步检查验证.结果其中分类诊断窦性心动过缓24例,窦性心动过速18例,室上性心动过速6例,房性早搏51例,室性早搏24例,房室传导阻滞5例,心房颤动5例.常见胎儿心律失常的超声心动图表现特征为新生儿超声心动图与心电图同步检查所证实.结论超声心动图能准确地分类诊断胎儿心律失常.

Echocardiographic characteristics of fetal arrhythmias

Objective To investigate the echocardiographic charac- teristics for diagnosis of fetal arrhythmias. Methods 133 fetuses 17 - 42 weeks of gestational age suffering from arrhythmia were examined by echocardiography. Acuson 128 XP/10 ultrasound imaging system with 2.5 - 4.0 MHz frequency was used.The neonates with arrhythmia pre-natally evidenced by echocardiography were checked by electrocardiography. Results Among the 133 fetuses, there were 24 with sinus brady-cardia, 18 sinus tachycardia, 6 supraventricular tachycardia, 51 abial premature beat, 24 ventricular premature beat, 5 atrioventricular block, and 5 atrial fibrillation. The characteristic of echocardiography is consistent with that of electrocardiogram in the neonates who still suffer from arrhythmia. Conclusions Echocardiography plays an important role in the identification and classification of fetal arrhythmia.
