阿托伐他汀、维奥欣对颈动脉粥样硬化病人的IMT及hs-CRP的影响

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀、维奥欣对颈动脉粥样硬化病人颈动脉内膜-中膜的厚度(IMT)及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:126例颈动脉粥样硬化病人随机分成A、B两组,A组用阿托伐他汀治疗,B组用阿托伐他汀和维奥欣联合治疗,分别检查两组病人治疗前后的IMT及hs-CRP值。结果:治疗后两组病人的IMT及hs-CRP值较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗后B组的hs-CRP值较A组降低更明显(P<0.05),而治疗后两组的IMT下降程度却无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀能有效缓解颈动脉粥样硬化病人的病情,如加用维奥欣,则疗效更好。

Effects of atorvastatin and viocin on IMT and hs-CRP inpatients with carotid arteriosclerosis

Objective:To investigate effects of Atorvastatin and Viocin on IMT and hs-CRP with carotid Arteriosclerosis Patients.Methods:126 carotid arteriosclerosis patients were randomly divided into group A and group B.The patients in group A were treated by atorvastatin,the patients in group B were treated by atorvastatin and viocin,and the level of IMT and hs-CRP in the two groups was detected respectively before treatment and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the level of IMT and hs-CRP decreased obviously in the two groups patients(P<0.01),furthermore,the decreasing level of hs-CRP in group B was more obvious compared to group A after treatment(P<0.05),however,there was not signifcant difference in the level of IMTin two groups patients after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The state of carotid arteriosclerosis patients can relieve effectively by atorvastatin,if viocin and atorvastatin are used at the same time,the therapeutic effect will be better.
