高校学报编辑的著作权保护

本文根据高校学报与作者之间的著作权法律关系，将高校学报拥有的著作权分为两个方面：一是对高校学报本身拥有的独有著作权；二是对学报上的作品拥有的部分著作权。本文通过从这两个方面对高校学报编辑需要注意的著作权问题进行归纳和讨论。指出只有贯彻执行著作权法以及相关的法律法规，增强编辑著作权法意识，将著作权相关的法律法规规定落到实处，才能更好地实现对高校学报著作权的保护。

The Copyright Protection of College Journal Editors

According to the law relationships between college journal and writer, this paper divides the copyright owned by college journal into two sides. One is the particular copyright owned by college journal itself, the other one is the partial copyright of the papers in the journal. This paper summarizes and discusses about copyright problems that college journal editors should pay attention to through the two sides. And it also points out that only if the copyright law and related laws are obeyed, the editors＇ copyright consciousness is strengthened and some related copyright laws are implemented actually can the copyright protection of college journal be realized better.
