| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨智力低下和发育异常的遗传学原因。方法：对43例智力低下和发育异常的患者进行外周血染色体分析。结果：发现异常染色体核型14例，异常检出率为32．56％。结论：结果表明染色体异常是导致智力低下和发育异常的重要原因。

| Abstract: | objective:To study the genetic causes of lower intelligence and physically maldevelopment.Methods:43 subjects who were intelligence and physically maldevelopment were selected for cytogenetics karyotype analysis.Results:The incidence of chromosome aberration was 32.56%(14/43).Conclusions:Chromosome aberration is important causes of lower intelligence and physically maldeveioped. |
