急性脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白(a)的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的水平变化及临床意义。方法采用免疫透射比浊法检测72例急性脑梗死患者Lp(a)含量及60例正常对照者的Lp(a)变化,分析Lp(a)与梗死面积大小、病情的相关性。结果脑梗死患者急性期Lp(a)水平显著高于健康对照组(P〈0.05),大面积脑梗死患者Lp(a)的水平高于较小面积脑梗死和腔隙性梗死(P〈0.05)。神经功能缺损评分值与Lp(a)水平含量呈正相关。结论脑梗死急性期Lp(a)增高,高水平Lp(a)是脑梗死的重要危险因素,Lp(a)与脑梗死的面积有关,Lp(a)可作为判断病情轻重及预防和治疗脑梗死的观测指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of serum lipoprotein(a) and its significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The levels of Lp(a) in 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 controls were detected by immune transmission turbidity method,and the relationship between Lp(a) level and the infarction area were analysed.Results Lp(a) level of patients with cerebral infarction in acute stage was higher than control group(P<0.05),lipoprotein(a) level in patients with massive cerebral infarction was higher than in patients with small cerebral infarction or lacunar cerebral infarction.It was positive correllation between the scores of neurologic impairment function lipoprotein(a) levers.Conclusions The levels of Lp(s) increase in patients with acute cerebral infarction,so it can be regarded as one index of patient's condition and curative effect.
