| 摘 要： | 目的观察盐酸左西替利嗪分散片治疗慢性荨麻诊的临床疗效和安全性。方法服用盐酸左西替利嗪分散片5mg,1次/d,连服14d。结果治疗后2周症状积分较治疗前及治疗第1周时明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗后2周有效率明显高于治疗第1周,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride in the treatment of Chronic urticaria. Methods 135 cases with Chronic urticaria were treated by oral Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5 mg daily for 14 days. Results The score declined significantly after the treatment （P0.01）,Thera peutic effect in 2 weeks course were significantly higher than that of 1 week course（P0.01）. Conclusion Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of chronic urticaria. |
