未行LASIK手术189眼原因分析

目的 探讨进行术前检查而未行准分子激光原位磨镶术（LASIK）的原因.方法 对639例（1263眼）逐一进行眼部检查,对未行手术的96例（189眼）进行原因分析.结果 189眼中角膜厚度不适合者有51眼（26.98%）,矫正视力＜0.5者35眼（18.52%）,角膜屈光力偏大25眼（13.23%）,眼压高24眼（12.70%）,思想顾虑大19眼（10.05%）,眼底病变17眼（8.99%）,瞳孔偏大4眼（2.12%）,其他原因如年龄偏小、瘢痕体质等14眼（7.41%）.结论 LASIK是一种选择性手术,必须进行严格的术前检查和医患沟通,严格掌握手术的适应证和禁忌症.

Analysis on the 189 eyes not suitable for LASIK

Objective To determine the ophthalmic reasons that the patients have undergone the preoperative examination but didn't undergo LASIK. Methods The ophthalmic examination of 639 cases(1263 eyes) were performed,then the reasons 189 eyes didn't undergo LASIK were analysed. Results Of these 189 eyes,the central corneal thickness of 51 eyes(26.89%) was not suitable for LASIK.The corrected visual acuity of 35 eyes(18.52%) was 0.5,the corneal refractive ability of 25 eyes(13.23%) was large,24 eyes(12.70%) had high intraocular pressure,19 eyes(10.05%) had a heavier spiritual pressure,17 eyes(8.99%) suffered from ocular fundus diseases,4 eyes(2.12%) had large pupils,14 eyes(7.41%) had the other reasons,such as the too young age,scar-carrying body. Conclusions LASIK is quite optional.The strict preoperative examination and communication between the doctor and the patient must be performed.Its indication and contraindication should be grasped.
