| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨门冬氨酸钾镁联合常规抗心律失常药物在心房纤颤复律治疗中的作用。方法：观察2006年6月～2008年6月我院住院心房纤颤病人在使用门冬氨酸钾镁2周后的心电图变化。结果：（1）在器质性心脏病伴发心房纤颤病人治疗中加用门冬氨酸钾镁后,房颤复律疗效出现早,复发率低;（2）本组160例心律失常病人在加用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗并对照,后者Crodif法（值=2.679,P〈0.01）疗效显著。结论：门冬氨酸钾镁在房颤复律治疗中有良好的辅助作用,可使房颤复律疗效出现早,复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of potassium magnesium aspartate combined the conventional anti-arrhythmia drugs in the treatment of conversion of atrial fibfllation.Methods：From June 2006 to June 2008,the changes of electrocardiogram after two weeks treatment of potassium magnesium aspartate were investigated in the inpatients suffering from atrial fibrillation in our hospital.Resuits：The eonversion effect occurred early with low recurrence rate after adding potassium magnesium aspartate in the patients with organic heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation. Compared with the eontrols, the curative effeet in 80 eases of atrial fibrillation after using potassium magnesium aspartate were obvious （the value of Crodif method was 2.679, P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion ：Potassium magnesium aspartate has a good assistant curative effect in the conversion of atrial fibrillation and gets conversion early with low recurrence rate. |
