65例散发性脑炎患者脑电图分析

目的：探讨不同类型散发性脑炎患者的脑电图表现及其对“散脑”患者早期诊断、鉴别诊断、疗效评定及预后方面的作用。方法：回顾性分型分析本院65例散发性脑炎患者的临床及脑电图资料。结果：65例患者中脑电图异常60例（92.3%）,意识障碍型19例（29.2%）,精神异常型17例（26.2%）,癫痫型12例（18.5%）,脑瘤型11例（16.9%）,脑干脑炎型6例（9.2%）。其中意识障碍型脑电图多为中、重度异常,预后差;精神异常型脑电图多为中、轻度异常,预后较好,但易复发;癫痫型脑电图伴有癫痫波发放,多为中、轻度异常,预后较好;脑瘤型脑电图伴有局灶性δ波,多为中、轻度异常,预后较好;脑干脑炎型脑电图多为轻度或正常脑电图,但病情重,预后差。结论：脑电图的分型分析对散发性脑炎的早期诊断、鉴别诊断、疗效评定及预后起着很重要的作用。

Analysis on EEG of 65 patients suffering from sporadic encephalitis

Objective：To approach the EEG features of different kinds of sporadic encephalitis and their effects on the early diagnosis, differentiation diagnosis,evaluatian of therapeutic effect and prognosis.Methods：The data of EEG and clinical symptoms in 65 patients with sporadic encephalitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results：There were 60 （92.3%） cases of abnormal EEG in 65 patients. Among them, 19（29.2%） were conscious disturbance, 17（26.2%） emotional disturbance, 12（18.5%） epilepsy （EP）, 11（16.9%） cerebmma and 6 （9.2%） brainstem encephalitis. The conscious disturbance group had severe or moderate abnormal EEG and poor prognosis. The emotional disturbance group had moderate or mild abnormal EEG and better prognosis. The EP group had moderate or mild abnormal EEG with brain waves of EP and better prognosis. The cerebroma group had moderate or mild abnormal EEG with focal 8 brain waves and better prognosis. The brainstem encephalitis group had mild abnormal or normal EEG but the disease condition was severe with poor prognosis. Conclusion：Analysis of EEG classification plays an important role in the early diagnosis,differential diagnosis,evaluation of therapeutic effect and prognosis for sporadic encephalitis.
