| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨影响心肺复苏（CPR）成功的相关因素及对策，以便及时有效地心肺复苏。方法：对156例心肺复苏病例进行回顾性分析。结果：总复苏成功50例。结论：加强对围心搏骤停期患者的监测和管理，及时发现心肺骤停的早期信号，做到早期CPR，根据围心搏骤停期的表现及病因，选择适当的ABCD顺序，有助于提高CPR的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To assess the effects of the related factors on the success of eardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） in order to guide clinical treatments and rescues. Methods： 156 patients undergoing CPR were divided into selective order group or routine group according to the signs and causes of cardiac arrest （CA）and the rates of successful CPR in the two groups were compared. Results：50 patients（40.4%） were resuscitated successfully in two groups. Conclusion： It will improve the rate of successful CPR by strengthening management of the patients with CA,finding the early signs of cardiac arrest, carrying out CPR early and choosing proper ABCD order according to the sign and the cause of CA. |
