| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰岛素泵在糖尿病强化治疗中的应用及护理。方法：回顾性分析46例糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵治疗的护理资料。结果：3天血糖控制25例，5～7天血糖控制16例，10天血糖控制5例，平均空腹血糖（5．36±0．9）mmol／L。结论：胰岛素泵对血糖控制较差的糖尿病患者具有安全、有效、方便、准确的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the application and nursing care of insulin pump in intensive diabetic treatment. Methods：46 cases of diabetes used insulin pump. Results：There were 3 d to controlling blood glucose stability in 25 cases, 5-7 d controlling blood glucose stabity in 16 cases 10 d controlling of blood sugar stability in 5 cases,with an average PBG （5.36±0.9）mmol/L. Conclusion：The insulin pump therapy to the poor blood glucose control in the patients with diabetes is a safe,effective,convenient and accurate method to control blood glucose. |
