| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人工肝血浆置换术治疗重型肝炎的护理措施。方法：对本科2003年6月～2008年6月收治的176例重症肝炎患者进行血浆置换治疗。结果：治疗前后患者临床症状以及实验室指标明显改善。结论：在内科支持治疗的基础上加用人工肝血浆置换是治疗重症肝炎的一种安全有效的方法,在病情早期进行效果更好。严密的病情观察和护理措施对于减轻病人并发症具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the nursing policies on the patients with severe hepatitis treating with artificial liver system （plasmaphresls）. Methods：One hundred and seventy-six cases of severe hepatitis were treated by plasmaphresis from June 2003 to June 2008. Results：The clinical manifestations and laboratory tests were markedly improved after treatment. Conclusion：It is a safe and effective measure employing plasmaphresis combined with supportive treatment, which is better at the early stage of severe hepatitis. Also it is crucial to observe the conditions of patients closely and take on optimal nursing strategies. |
