院前长途转运机械通气患者的护理

目的：探讨院前长途转运患者中使用呼吸机的护理措施。方法：对我院2006年6月～2008年6月期间院前长途转运淡用便携式呼吸机的患者65例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患者均安全转运到院．未发生气管导管脱落或滑出、移位、痰液堵塞、心律紊乱、心脏骤停等意外。结论：出诊及转运前做好充分的准备、途中保持患者的呼吸道通畅、严密监测呼吸机运转及患者的病情变化，是院前长途转运机械通气患者的安全保障。

Nursing on patients with breathing machine during pre-admission long-dlstant transportation

Objective：To explore the apphcation and nursing methods of breathing machine in pre-admission long-distant transporting patients.Methods ：The nursing intervention for breathing machine was retrospectively analyzed in 65 pre-admission long-distant transporting patients. Results：All the patients were safely transported to hospital without serious complication and accident. Conclusion： The sufficient preparation before out-call and transportation,making patient＇s family number know the fact about the disease,keeping the patient＇s respiratory tract unobstructed,ensuring breathing machine work well, and carefully observing the change of patient＇s condition are the key points to nursing the patients with breathing machine during pre-admission long-distant transportation.
