钼靶X线联合彩超对乳腺癌的早期诊断价值

目的：探讨钼靶X线联合彩超对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值，提高其诊断率。方法：对55例早期乳腺癌患者和25例乳腺良性病变患者行两侧X线摄影、彩超检查及病理学检查。结果：在55例早期乳腺癌中，X线钼靶摄影诊断早期乳腺癌45例，其敏感性和特异性分别为82．0％和88．0％，准确性为83．8％；彩超诊断早期乳腺癌43例，其敏感性和特异性分别为78．2％和84．0％，准确性为80．0％；综合两种影像诊断早期乳腺癌54例，其敏感性和特异性分别为98．2％和96．0％，准确性为97．5％。结论：钼靶X线与彩超联合应用，可提高早期乳腺癌诊断的敏感性和准确性。

Value of mammography combined color Doppler ultrasound on diagnosis of early breast cancer

Objective：To study the diagnostic value of mammography combined color Doppler uhrasound and biopsy in early breast cancer and to evaluate its diagnostic accuracy.Methods ：55 patients with breast cancer and 25 patients with benign breast masses, proved pathologically ,were checked by mammography and color Doppler ultrasound.Results： Mammography demonstrated breast cancer in 45 cases, the sensitivity and specificity were 82.0% and 88.0% ,respectively, with the accuracy of 83.8%;Color Doppler ultrasound revealed breast cancer in 43 cases,the sensitivity and accuracy were 78.2% ,84.0%and 80.0%;When ultrasound,mammography and biopsy were combined together,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 98.2% ,96.0% and 97.5%.Conelusion：Mammography combined color Doppler ultrasound can increase the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of early breast cancers.
