地诺前列酮用于足月羊水偏少引产临床观察

目的：观察地诺前列酮栓剂（商品名：普贝生）用于足月羊水偏少引产时的效果。方法：将60例37-40孕周未破膜，合并羊水偏少（B超示羊水指数：50-80mm）、单胎头位产妇随机分为普贝生组和催产素组，每组各30例。普贝生组阴道后穹窿放置普贝生引产，催产素组常规静脉滴注催产素引产，观察两组胎心、羊水情况，比较两组产妇的宫颈Bishop评分和分娩情况。结果：普贝生组宫颈评分较催产素组显著提高（P〈0．05）；普贝生组引产时间明显短于催产素组（P〈0．05）；普贝生组的剖宫产率（10％）低于催产素组（43．33％），P〈0．05。结论：普贝生用于羊水偏少引产较催产素引产时间短，并能降低剖宫产率。

Clinical observation on dinoprostone inducd labor in full-term with oligohydramnios

Objective：To investigate the effect of dinoprostone suppository （PEG2） inducd labor in full-term with ohgohydramnios. Methods：60 parturients with gestational age of 37-40 weeks, nonrupture of fetal membrane and oligohydramnios （B ultrasound showed amniotic fluid index of 50-80 mm）, were randomly divided into dinoprostone groul〉 and oxytocin group,each 30 cases. The dinoprostone suppository was placed in posterior vaginal fornix for the dinoprestone group, oxytocin was conventionally given by intravenous drip for the oxytocin group. The fetal heart rate and amniotic fluid were observed, and the cervical Bishop score and labor situation were compared between the two groups.Results：The cervical Bishop score in the dinoprostone group obviously increased compared with the oxytocin group （P〈0.05）. The induced time of the dinoprostone group was markedly shorter than that of the oxytocin group （P〈0.05）. The rate of cesarean section （10%） in the dinoprostone group was lower than that of the oxytocin group（43.33% ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Dinoprostone inducd labor in oligohydramnios has shorter induced time and reduces the rate of cesarean section.
