RP-HPLC法测定苦胆草片中龙胆苦苷的含量

目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法测定苦胆草片中龙胆苦苷的含量。方法：色蘑柱：Agilent XDB—C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水（30：70）；流速：0．8ml·min^-1；检测波长：270nm。结果：龙胆苦苷浓度在0．064-0．322mg·ml^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为99．9％（n=5），精密度的RSD=0．58％（n=5）和重复性的RSD=0．43％（n=5）。结论：方法可靠，简单可行．为控制苦胆草片的内在质量提供了科学依据。

RP-HPLC determination of gentiopicrin in Kudancao Tablets

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of gentiopicrin in Kudancao Tablets by RP-HPLC. Methods ：The Agilent XDB C ls column （ 150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water（30：70）.The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1, and the detecting wavelength was at 270 nm.Results：Gentiopicrin had a good linearity in the range of 0.064-0.322 mg·ml^-1 （r=0.9998）, and the average recovery of gentiopicrin was 99.9%（n=5）.However, this method also had better precision（RSD=0.58% ,n=5） and good repro- ducibility （RSD=0.43%, n=5 ）. Conclusion： This method is simple, reliable, sensitive and accurate.For its good specificity, this quantitative method provides a good scientific example for internal quality control of Kudancao Tablets.
