颅脑损伤患者血镁血糖浓度变化的临床意义

目的：探讨颅脑损伤患者血清镁离子（Mg^2＋）、血糖浓度变化及其临床意义。方法：采用全自动生化分析仪检测55例颅脑损伤患者血清镁离子及血糖浓度，并与对照组进行比较。结果：（1）颅脑损伤患者血清Mg^2＋明显低于对照组（P〈0．01），血糖浓度则明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；（2）不同病情颅脑损伤患者血清Mg^2＋比较为重度〈中度〈轻度（P〈0．01），血糖浓度比较重度〉中度〉轻度（P〈0.01）；（3）存活组血清Mg^2＋明显高于死亡者（P〈0.01），存活组血糖浓度明显低于死亡者（P〈0.01）。结论：血清Mg^2＋、血糖浓度变化与颅脑损伤患者病情有一定关系．浓度变化可作为判断其病情及评估其预后的一项指标，对颅脑损伤患者早期补充镁制剂对其治疗及预后具有重要临床意义。

Clinical significance of change of blood magnesium and sugar concentrations in head injury

Objective：To discuss the serum magnesium ion （Mg^2＋）, blood sugar cancentration changes and their chnical significance. Methods：To use the completely automatic biochemistry analyzer to examine serum magnesiumion and blood sugar in 55 head injury patients. And to carry out the comparison with the control group. Results： （1）The serum magnesiumion in head injury patients was lower than that in the control group obviously （P〈0.01）.The blood sugar cancentration was obviously higher than the control group （P〈0.01）; （2） In different condition head injury patients, blood serum Mg^2＋：severe 〈 moderate 〈 mild （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.01）,blood sugar cancentration ：severe〉 moderate 〉 mild （P〈0.01 ,P〈0.01）; （3）In survival group, serum Mg^2＋ was higher than that in the dead group obviously （P〈0.01）,the blood sugar cancentration was lower than that in the dead group obviously （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The serum magnesiumion and sugar cancentration change and the head injury condition has certain relation. Their change may be as the index for judging disease condition and evaluating prognosis.Early supplemented of the magnesium preparation to the head injury patient has the important clinical significance to treatment and prognosis.
